Report format guide
The interactive report and downloadable guide explain the report architecture and evidence categories. Public sample reports use clearly labelled fictional companies to demonstrate the package scope. They are not evidence about an actual supplier.
Inspection evidence
Photo and video evidence for an Enterprise review is defined in the agreed visit scope and connected to the observations in that supplier’s report.
