Cookie policy / Updated 15 October 2026
What your browser keeps.
And why.
This policy lists the cookies and browser storage used on EnterTurkey, what each one does and how long it lasts. Analytics and third-party content are used only if you accept them.
Cookie settingsAbout this policy
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do a similar job, but stay in your browser and are not sent with each request. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab; local storage stays until it is removed.
This policy supplements our privacy notice, which explains how personal information is handled more generally. EnterTurkey is operated by Enter Türkiye Danışmanlık in Ankara.
Read the privacy noticeEssential cookies and storage
These are needed to run the site, keep your account secure and complete a purchase. They are used without asking, because the service cannot work without them.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
wixSession | Cookie | Wix authentication session. Keeps you signed in and connects your visit to your account, workspace and checkout. | Until you close the browser, or 30 days if you choose “Remember me” when signing in. |
| Platform cookies set by Wix | Cookie | Security, fraud prevention and load balancing provided by our platform provider, Wix. Names and lifetimes are set by Wix. | Varies by cookie; see Wix’s cookie reference. |
et-consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice: essential only, or all. | Until you change your choice or clear site data. |
et-remember | Local storage | Remembers that you chose “Remember me”, so your sign-in session is kept for 30 days. | Until you sign in without “Remember me” or clear site data. |
enterturkey:purchase-brief:* | Session storage | Keeps your supplier brief and contact details through checkout in the same tab. | Usable for up to 24 hours; cleared when the purchase is attached or the browser session ends. |
et-signup-profile | Local storage | Holds the company name and website you entered at sign-up until your workspace saves them to your profile. | Removed as soon as your profile is saved. |
Preferences and interface
These remember small choices in your own browser. They are not sent to us and are not used for tracking.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
enterturkey.language | Session storage | Remembers the language you picked in the language menu. | Until the browser tab is closed. |
enterturkey.e-opening.v2 | Session storage | Shows the opening animation on the home page only once per visit. | Until the browser tab is closed. |
et-hints | Session storage | Remembers which helper cards on the purchase page you have already seen. | Until the browser tab is closed. |
et-member-initials | Session storage | Shows your initials on the account button in the header after you sign in. | Until the browser tab is closed. |
Analytics and third parties
These are used only if you choose Accept all. Until then, the site tells our platform to use essential cookies only.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_<ID> | Cookie | Google Analytics 4. Counts visits and shows how pages are used, so we can improve the site. Set only if analytics is enabled for the site and you choose Accept all. | Up to 2 years. |
| Trustpilot review widget | Third-party content | Displays independent customer reviews. It loads only after you choose Accept all, and Trustpilot may then set its own cookies. | Set by Trustpilot. |
Your choice, and how to change it
On your first visit, a small panel asks you to choose. Essential only keeps analytics and third-party content switched off. Accept all allows analytics and the review widget. Your choice is stored in your browser as et-consent.
You can change your mind at any time. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or the button below, to reopen the panel and choose again. Withdrawing consent does not affect use that took place before you changed it.
Change cookie settingsBrowser controls
Your browser lets you view and delete cookies and site data, and block cookies for particular sites. Clearing site data also resets your cookie choice, so the panel appears again on your next visit.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in, opening your workspace or completing checkout.
Changes and contact
We update this table when a cookie or storage item is added or removed, and show the revision date at the top of the page. A new non-essential cookie will not be used without your consent.
