What does EnterTurkey do?
We independently verify Turkish suppliers for foreign buyers before they pay. We check the company behind the quotation, the person you are dealing with and, depending on the package, the address and the facility.
Which package should I choose?
Lite confirms the company, its representative and the payment account before you pay. Pro adds official-source research and an exterior address check. Enterprise adds an agreed visit inside the facility with a capacity review. If unsure, start with Lite; Lite customers get 10% off an upper package.
Do you work in my sector?
EnterTurkey works with a four-person management team, 16 sector specialists and 162 field staff across all 81 provinces of Türkiye. No sector falls outside our scope, and sector-specific questions can be added to your brief.
Timing and process
How long does a review take?
Lite takes 24 hours (1 working day), Pro 48 hours (2 working days) and Enterprise up to 120 hours (5 working days). Weekends and Turkish public holidays are excluded. Your delivery date is shown before you pay.
What do I need to provide?
The supplier’s company name, the representative’s name, the product and your contact details. Quotations, proforma invoices and bank details help us check documents and the payment account.
How do I follow my review?
Every order has a private online workspace where you can see the current stage, upload documents and read your report when it is delivered.
Confidentiality
Will the supplier know that I asked for a review?
For Lite and Pro, no. We do not disclose your identity or who requested the review. Enterprise visits require the supplier’s participation, so they are informed in advance.
How is my information protected?
Your documents are stored privately and are only visible to you and the authorised EnterTurkey team. See our privacy notice for details.
Reports and payment
What will I receive?
A digital report with a supplier trust score, a clear decision (proceed, proceed with caution or not recommended), source-linked findings and the next questions to ask. Enterprise also includes an executive presentation.
Does a good report guarantee my order?
No. A report records what could be verified at the time of the review and within the agreed scope. It reduces risk but does not guarantee the supplier’s future performance.
How do I pay?
Packages are paid online by card through our secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
