Who we are

These Terms of Service apply to the supplier verification services offered by Enter Türkiye Danışmanlık (“EnterTurkey”, “we”), Konutkent, Dumlupınar Blv. No:399 Elya Center 1-129, 06810 Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye, through www.enterturkey.com. Contact: team@enterturkey.com.

By purchasing a package you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice.

Our services

We carry out independent research on a supplier named by you, within the scope of the package you purchase (Lite, Pro or Enterprise) as described on the package and service scope pages. Each order covers one supplier and one review.

Delivery dates are calculated in Türkiye time; weekends and Turkish public holidays are excluded. Enterprise visits depend on the supplier’s agreement, an appointment and facility access.

Nature of the report and limitation of liability

A report is not a guarantee. It is based on the information available on the dates stated in the report. Information about a company is potential information.

A company having the capacity to produce a product or provide a service does not mean that it will deliver that product to you flawlessly. If the company fails to provide the service or product you want, this is your responsibility.

If you have purchased delivery, product inspection or logistics tracking services from EnterTurkey, the follow-up is carried out with your approval.

Purchasing decisions, contracts and payments made with a supplier are your own decisions. To the extent permitted by law, EnterTurkey is not liable for losses arising from your dealings with a supplier, and our total liability for a review is limited to the fee paid for that review.

Orders, payment and refunds

Packages are paid in advance through our secure online checkout or from your EnterTurkey balance. Work on a review starts after the payment is confirmed.

Once work on a review has started, the payment is not refunded.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information about the supplier and your request, to use the service lawfully, and not to use a report to harass, defame or unlawfully harm any person or company.

Reports are prepared for your own business use. You may share them within your organisation and with your advisers, but you may not publish or resell them.

Confidentiality

For Lite and Pro reviews we do not disclose your identity or who requested the review to the supplier. Enterprise reviews require the supplier’s participation, so the supplier is informed in advance. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes and contact
